EPA's 2024 rule set 4.0 ppt limits for PFOA and PFOS. In May 2025 EPA said it would keep those two, extend compliance to 2031 and reconsider the others. New Hampshire has state limits for PFOA, PFOS, PFHxS and PFNA from 2020.
